Daycare packages are valid up to 90 days from the date of purchase.

Taxes are excluded from all prices. Package deals do not guarantee availability.

Booking & Cancellation

DOGS

Dogs aged over 10-12 months, should be sterilized/neutered. Otherwise, additional fees may apply.
The following vaccines are required to be complete and up to date :
- Bordatella (Kennel Cough), is required every 12 months. Recommended every 6 months for dogs who are regularly socialized.
- Rabies
- DHPP ou DAPP (Distemper, Hépatite, Parvovirus, Para-influenza)
Vaccines must have been administered by the veterinarian at least 3 weeks before the pet’s arrival for a boarding stay or daycare.
Dogs must not demonstrate aggressive behaviour towards humans or other dogs. Otherwise, additional fees apply.
Dogs must be healthy or otherwise have a condition that is treated and under control.
Dogs must be free of contagious diseases and must not have had recent contact with a contagious animal.
Dogs should be treated against parasites, both internal (intestinal) and external (ticks and fleas), this is the dog owner's responsibility–it is strongly recommended by veterinary professionals.
